Welcome to the North County Children’s Choir || AT YOUR SCHOOL!

We’re excited to introduce a brand new program bringing our North County Children’s Choir experience into local schools.

For the past 13 years we’ve been offering the North County Children’s Choir to singers in 2nd-8th grade right here in North County San Diego. Offering the choir at local schools, either during school hours or as an after school program, our hope is to connect more students to music and the performing arts with the convenience of singing and rehearsing right on their neighborhood school campus.

Collaborating with local school music teachers, administrators, parent/teacher organizations and teaching artists, our team will help create a program designed to reach and serve more students in our neighboring communities.

FAQs about bringing NCCC || AT YOUR SCHOOL to your campus:

  • When do rehearsals happen? Either during the school day, or as an after-school program.
  • Where do rehearsals happen? On your school campus.
  • What ages can participate? Our choirs are designed for 2nd-8th grade singers.
  • How long are rehearsals and how often? Typically about 1 hour per week for 8-10 weeks.
  • Who runs rehearsals? We work with your music teaching staff and/or bring in our Teaching Artists.
  • How many singers can participate? We need a min of 25 singers per class and a max of 35.
  • Will there be a performance? Yes! Our 2024 Fall/Holiday session will culminate in our 12th Annual Charity Concert called Christmas 4 Kidz. There will be apx 150 student performers (singers, musicians & dancers) live at Oceanside High School’s Performing Arts Center…all proceeds from this event are donated to charities that serve children in need…both locally and around the world. www.Christmas4Kidz.com 
  • What is the cost? The cost varies on several factors for each 8-12 week session. This can be covered by the school directly, parent-teacher organizations or outside businesses interested in bringing the performing arts to your school. Some schools ask parents pay $120-$150/session per singer. Our team can help you determine the best plan for your school.
  • Why do you do this? We believe kids are capable of incredible things! They can make a powerful impact in their world…and the performing arts are the perfect vehicle to see their potential come alive.
